With extensive backgrounds in market and social research and strategic consulting, they lead our team with a commitment to excellence and innovation. Their leadership ensures every project receives personalised attention, delivers impactful results, on time and on budget.

All are highly experienced qualitative researchers having conducted thousands of focus groups, workshops and interviews over the years and been innovators in new and emerging techniques. 

The quantitative research skills of the business are also deep having conducted hundreds of survey research projects, both simple and complex. We use analytic software and advanced statistical techniques where appropriate.

Alliance Strategic Research is strongly connected to key suppliers in the research industry and able to draw on resources readily.

Joan is recognised for her extensive work in social and behaviour change research for government.  She has published multiple papers and spoken at national and international conferences about project outcomes, effective behaviour change and advanced research techniques.  She is a Fellow of The Research Society. Joan is based in Canberra.

Carolyn is a highly skilled research professional with over 20 years of experience in social and government research, and commercial research.  She is skilled at facilitating open and honest discussions, even on complex or challenging issues, and ensuring diverse voices are heard and represented. With a sharp analytical mind and a commitment to delivering high-quality research, Carolyn helps organizations navigate complex issues and make evidence-based decisions. Carolyn is based in Victoria.

BBehavioural Science, Masters of Applied Social Research

Christine has worked extensively with Australian and international businesses, government and NFPs providing consumer insights for business and their social and environmental performance.  She is recognised for her commercial acumen, practical approach and depth of research skill.  She has been a frequent conference presenter, is a past Board member of The Research Society, Chair of AMI Vic and is currently a local government councillor in Victoria.

 Chantelle is a results-driven Research Director with 15+ years of experience delivering actionable insights that guide business decisions. She has led projects across the services, social, non-for-profit, and government sectors. Chantelle is known for translating complex data into strategies to drive program development, customer satisfaction, marketing strategy, and brand positioning. Based in Queensland.
